Sharing an unique Up Close & Personal interview with Mr. Ricardo Semler. Semler is the CEO and majority owner of Semco SA, a Brazilian company best known for its radical form of industrial democracy and corporate re-engineering. Ricardo Semler had an interview with Dutch television documentary TV series VPROBacklight last week. In this episode ‘The capital power of hapiness’ they made a portret of this Brasilian business man. Semler has written two books in English on the transformation of Semco and workplace re-engineering: Maverick, published in 1993 and an international bestseller: The Seven Day Weekend in 2003.
