The Science of Cinematic Perception. 

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences presented a two-night event on July 29/30 2014 at the Linwood Dunn Theater. It was called “Movies in Your Brain: The Science of Cinematic Perception.“ Hosted by Tim J. Smith (Blog), a senior lecturer in psychological sciences at Birkbeck, University of London, who specialises in the study of visual cognition.
